Maintenance & Updates

  1. If our product depends on a third-party application, structural changes to the third-party application or website may render our product inactive.
  2. In such cases, we will strive to update the product to restore its operational status as soon as possible.
  3. Product updates typically take 1-7 days, during which no refund requests will be entertained.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following terms:

  1. Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of the payment date.
  2. Refunds will only be issued if:
    • A technical issue caused by the product cannot be resolved.
    • The issue is validated as a product malfunction.
  3. Refunds will not be entertained if:
    • Product updates are in progress.
    • The payment was made via M-Pesa, Skrill, or Wise.
    • The purchase involves a recurring subscription.
  4. Refund requests may take 3-7 days to process, subject to the payment gateway permitting the return of funds to the payer.
  5. Sales made after an online demonstration of the product or service (via Zoom) can be eligible for a refund if technical issues persist.
  6. Customers are encouraged to seek assistance before purchase to understand the product/service. Once doubts are clarified and the product/service is purchased, refunds cannot be claimed unless specified above.
  7. Abuse or misbehavior toward our support team will lead to immediate suspension of services, and no refunds will be issued.
