Please navigate to the source file of your chrome installation, it should be like C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application, you’ll find a file there named “chrome.exe” right-click on it and select “Properties” this will prompt a window, click on “Compatibility” tab just next to the “General” tab from that window. Now check the box that says: “Run this program in compatibility mode for” as shown below in figure 1.1. Choose your operating system either windows 8 or windows 10.
After checking this checkbox, click “Apply” and then “OK”. Now run this “chrome.exe” file by double-clicking over it and visit the same e-commerce website’s which were causing it to crash. If these websites work fine and chrome doesn’t crash then there is nothing wrong except your windows need updates. Usually, it happens when you have fresh windows 8 or 10 installations, in that case, you may need windows to wait and receive a couple of updates by the Windows. And later the issue will get solved itself.
